What you’ll do
• Provide administrative support to departments as necessary, including filing, scanning, copying, scheduling, coordinating, etc.
• Answer incoming phones
• Greet and direct all visitors, vendors and suppliers
• Process and distribute incoming mail
• Facilitate inbound and outbound deliveries
• Ensure the office is always in presentable condition
• Coordination of office facility items with Management Company
• Manage Office/Breakroom Supplies (sales offices and Roseville office): Obtain department approvals, order and distribute/stock office supplies.
• Facilitate meeting needs including, food and beverage, ordering meals, reserving event spaces, making reservations, arranging travel, etc.
• Assist Sales Department in set up of Lot Files for Sales Offices and Main Office.
• Assist Accounting Department with mailings and other administrative functions
• Prepare NHO binders for Customer Service Department
• Send out homeowner NHO letters and set up outlook for required employees
• Assist in creating and maintaining Buildtopia Reports
• Administrative support with Product Development.
