Villara is currently seeking a qualified Inventory Control Specialist to join our team. With a minimum of supervision, the Inventory Control Specialist will perform daily ABC, Random and Control Group cycle counts and assist with physical inventories in an accurate, timely and reliable manner. Through process and procedure verification, system review, transaction documentation, and the physical movement of materials, the Inventory Control Supervisor for correction and reconciliation as necessary. Among other assignments that will be delegated to the incumbent from time to time, the following are the primary responsibilities of the Inventory Control Specialist: Essential duties and responsibilities include:   Assist with the development and implementation of daily cycle counts Coordinate physical inventories as required by company policy Identify and report inventory discrepancies found in cycle counts Identify and report receipts, bill of material, and shipping errors Generate inventory reports as needed for inventory turn analysis Act as liaison between warehousing and purchasing to resolve material issues Perform inventory audits as directed by management Work to improve inventory accuracy and processes with other team members Perform inventory data entry and analysis as needed Maintain the integrity of the inventory database Must be able to lift 50pounds with or without accommodation Ability to transfer between warehouse and office environment One year in inventory control and warehouse experience Previous knowledge of HVAC materials and shop made items is an advantage Ability to work in a dynamic, pressured, and ever changing environment One year experience of Forklift both stand up and sit down Flexible, reliable, highly self-motivated and good team player (a must) Data entry and Excel a plus Valid Driver License and insurable driving record Ability to multi-task

Villara is currently seeking a qualified Inventory Control Specialist to join our team. With a minimum of supervision, the Inventory Control Specialist will perform daily ABC, Random and Control Group cycle counts and assist with physical inventories in an accurate, timely and reliable manner. Through process and procedure verification, system review, transaction documentation, and the physical movement of materials, the Inventory Control Supervisor for correction and reconciliation as necessary. The Inventory Control Specialist will assist with the implementation of quality control practices, material identification and bar coding, reports, and procedures as required to improve security and tracking of inventory. The specialist will insure the timely and accurate tracking of all material receipts and movement by the warehouse groups utilizing existing inventory control programs and generally accepted inventory tracking methods. Additionally, the incumbent will provide insight and recommendations for the improvement of inventory control and maximizing the company’s return on our inventory investment.
