Job Description

Winsol Groundworks is currently seeking a Construction Scheduler Dispatcher that

manages all aspects of our construction process. Including talking, texting, and

emailing vendors, clients, and employees. Generate, record and disseminate schedule

information including actual progress.. Support owner, and other staff as directed

including audit and review, assistance in the generation of schedule updates and

recovery schedules. Provide support to business development and estimating with

schedule development for use in preparing bids and proposals.

Job Requirements

● Education: High School Diploma or†Bachelor’s degree in a construction,

engineering architecture or related field preferred. Associate’s Degree or

equivalent combinations of training and experience required.

● Experience: 1 year of relevant construction experience

● Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.

● Ability to work under limited supervision.

● Desire to enhance customer development, maintain positive relationships with

the client, A/E personnel and subcontractors to facilitate the free flow of schedule

information.

● Strong knowledge of construction management theory and techniques.

● Excellent scheduling abilities, and organizational talents that allow for a properly

structured and tracked project.

● Understanding of project methods for monitoring and reporting.

● Ability to recognize problems and issues, negotiate and achieve resolutions in a

timely manner.

● Thorough knowledge of construction technology, equipment and methodologies.

● Basic estimating methodologies.

● Basic understanding of contractual terms and conditions.

● Strong computer skills are a must. Microsoft Excel, Word, Google Gmail,

PowerPoint, Publisher, and any customer required software

● Flexible work schedule a must. (5 to 6 am start time)

● Bilingual a must (Spanish)

 

Pay

$15-$24 an hour depending on experience.

 

Hours

This is 20 hours a week, with a possible full time chance of full time (40 hours a week)
