Job Description

Villara is currently looking for a CSR that will handle heavy telephone contact with customers and builders, utilizing scheduling software to book service and installations appointments. To qualify, ideal candidates will meet the minimum qualifications listed below:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 6 months work experience in a customer service environment
  • Demonstrated excellent customer service skills
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Sales ability/persuasiveness skills
  • Skills in Windows and web based applications skills
  • Typing 45 WPM – min
  • Detail Oriented
  • Able to adhere to strict attendance requirements
  • Display professional and courteous demeanor with internal and external customers
