Are you interested in joining an infectious company culture where accountability, top performance and teamwork are valued and rewarded?    TRI Pointe Homes is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic individual to join our talented group as a New Home Specialist in our Sacramento Office. Position Highlights:   The objective of this position is to manage all incoming leads and online sales initiatives.  The position will respond to, qualify and manage the leads and customer requests for new homes in a timely manner.  The NHS handles the lead until the onsite appointment is set and then turns the responsibility over to the New Home Advisor. The individual will report to the Director of Sales & Marketing. Position Responsibilities:  Respond quickly and personally to all electronic and phone leads. Provide consistent and strategic follow-up to leads with the goal of setting an appointment with the appropriate community New Home Advisor. Qualify the leads based on needs and follow-up accordingly. Set and schedule appointments for onsite sales agents. Provide information to prospects, both on open and upcoming communities. Work with the prospect to determine the best community and floor plan that meets their needs. Develop strong relationships with team members. Update and maintain inventory on website and third-party referral sites Utilize Salesforce to respond, qualify and rate the leads. Track and report on lead activity and sales conversion ratios. Continually research the competition and their online activities. Additional responsibilities as needed. Position Qualifications: Be a licensed California DRE salesperson or broker REQUIRED 2+ years of sales and/or marketing experience in the homebuilding or resale industry preferred. Proven email and phone communication skills REQUIRED. Comfortable on video and with new technology. Strong organizational, planning and time management skills. Customer-focused and personable. Self-directed and able to maintain focus while working in an unstructured environment with nominal supervision. Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and CRM applications. Must be able to learn and follow proven sales process. Should be a team player, willing to help others, takes ownership and initiative and has a positive attitude.
