Position Highlights:  Supports assigned Construction Manager in efforts to monitors and coordinate the homebuilding construction process for designated communities. Assists in supervision of trade partners to ensure quality control, adherence to the Company’s scopes of work and safety protocols. Engages with external consultants, internal team members and homeowners to effectively execute and delivers quality homes with high customer satisfaction.     Position Responsibilities: Assists Construction Manager with coordinating trade partners and consultants; inspects work and materials. Monitors contract adherence and provides input on trade partner selection. Evaluates safety violations on worksite and exercises judgment to take appropriate action.   Monitors work against benchmarks and timetables to ensure that trade partners, employees and vendors perform on schedule and on budget. Coordinates starts; assists in modification of schedules in response to field conditions to achieve Company goals. Assists Construction Manager with monitoring the homebuilding process from permitting to home delivery (and first-year warranty if required). Ensures adherence to the Company’s jobsite compliance programs and monitors trade partner compliance with scopes of work and applicable regulations such as building codes, quality standards, environmental laws, SWPPP, and health and safety programs. May act as the Company’s representative on the jobsite with third parties such as trade partners, customers and government inspectors and investigators. Monitors daily logistics of the site to ensure various contractors work harmoniously; stages the job by determining the timing and location of material deliveries, sequencing of work and option installation, and verifying prior work is completed to the Company’s high standards prior to follow on work.   Communicates with sales, purchasing, homeowners, consultants, trades, building officials and customer care to successfully execute the homebuilding process. May engage with homeowners during division-required orientations/walks to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction. Other duties as assigned.   Position Qualifications : High School diploma or GED equivalent required. A minimum of 1 year of relevant construction experience or education preferred. Knowledge of home construction. Ability to read and understand architectural and structural blueprints, off-site improvement plans & soils reports. Knowledge of relevant building codes and all scopes of work. Knowledge of Hyphen BuildPro preferred. Position Highlights:  Prepare financial and operational forecasting, reporting and analyses, managing land development budgeting, contracting and cost accounting and various accounting-related and administrative responsibilities.    Position Responsibilities: Utilize knowledge of the division/brand to prepare financial analysis on key operating results. Prepare month end variance analysis on financial results. Design, create and deliver timely and accurately standard periodic reporting and ad-hoc reporting on various operational and financial metrics, providing analysis and interpretation as required. Reviews financial performance against the business plan and and original underwriting assumptions in order to identify improvement opportunities and market trends. Support Division President and Division Management Team in weekly pricing review (monthly base price and incentives review, spec pricing, new price releases, etc.) as well as maintenance of pricing file. Assist in various efforts to improve the efficiency surrounding the data collection and reporting by developing automated processes and applications. Monitor key performance indicators specific to individual departments and provide high impact analysis to department managers. Create financial models and analysis to support strategic initiatives, identifying trends, risks and potential areas for improvement. Analyze trends in ‘extra’ construction spend on individual lots during and after close of escrow. Assist Land Acquisition team with underwriting activities and proforma analysis on all potential land deals. Ad-hoc duties and special projects as assigned by leadership.     Position Qualifications :   Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required. A minimum of 3 years of successful experience in a Financial Analyst position or other related field. Recent MBA graduate. Experience in financial reporting, data analysis, report writing and business intelligence. Demonstrated strategic and creative thinking ability. Advanced Excel skills and ability to create financial models. Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SOX. Knowledge of Real Estate industry/terminology. Knowledge of JD Edwards, SalesForce, Hyphen Solutions is a plus. Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail. Demonstrate intellectual curiosity and highly analytical. Desire to utilize analytical skills in order to use the data to tell a story. Demonstrated problem solving and decision-making skills. Position Highlights:  Responsible for selling homes through optimizing the new home sales and customer experience in assigned community.     Position Responsibilities: Utilizes all sales and marketing resources that are available to New Home Advisor in order to achieve the sales and closing goals for the communities assigned. Actively participates in traffic driving efforts. Including, but not limited to, initiating follow up phone calls to previous traffic, coordinating and hosting public and broker events. Promptly meets/greets prospective customers who visit community and collects completed registration materials from every customer who visits (or solicits information from prospective customers to complete registration process). Proactively communicates and responds in a professional and timely manner to all external and internal stakeholders (managers, real estate brokers, homebuyers, etc.). Informs management of opportunities, problems, progress and support needed, and works with sales management team to quickly and appropriately resolve issues. Manages backlog, maintaining strong lines of communication with customers post purchase decision. Resolves any issues or problems with customers to keep the process moving forward.
