FABRICATION SHOP LAMINATOR– Interior Logic Group   Overview   The primary responsibility of the Fabrication Shop Laminator is to work with granite and stone in the fabrication shop; and to ensure all equipment is maintained and serviced according to established protocols.       Responsibilities   Ensure all equipment is maintained and serviced according to established protocols Develop employee schedules to utilize time wisely and ensure orders are completed timely Track and maintain inventory and submit required quarterly inventory reports Maintain appropriate inventory levels and insure that materials and equipment are accounted for to avoid loss, theft, waste or damage Responsible for the preparation, organization and maintenance of job files, records, OSHA records Ensure jobs stay within projected bids to avoid overages in cost to the company. Coordinate with production manager Ensure all incoming materials are off loaded properly according to Company safety policies and procedures Ensure subordinates perform on going quality control inspections to detect fabrication errors/problems All other job duties as assigned   Qualifications   Working knowledge of fabrication techniques, internet, inventory, project management, spreadsheet and word process software High school diploma or general education degree (GED); Technical Degree preferred Minimum of one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Bilingual experience preferred, but not required (English/Spanish) Must have a thorough knowledge of all available products used by the Company as it relates to product installation Interpersonal skills to develop and maintain professional working relationships with builders, vendors, subordinates and co-workers Communicate effectively with customers, co-workers and supervisors in a professional and courteous manner

Field Manager– Interior Logic Group     Overview     The  primary responsibility of the  Field Manager  is to manage flooring, cabinet, and countertop trades on job sites during construction, tracking and managing materials, insuring quality installations, and providing a high level of service to internal and external customers.       Responsibilities     Understand flooring, cabinet, and countertop materials as well as how materials are measured and installed Manage flooring, cabinet, and countertop independent contractors on construction sites Supervise installations and manage material during installations Quality control of all flooring, cabinet, and countertop installations Coordinate schedules with builder superintendents and subcontractors Assist in warranty resolution in completed homes Any other field duties as assigned   Qualifications     Experience in construction; including flooring, cabinet, and countertops Must be able to work in fast paced environments Strong problem solving skills Organized and process oriented Attention to detail Strong oral and written communication skills   Physical Requirements     Significant portion of time spent in car and on-site with customers.  Some time spent in office with frequent use of computer, vehicle, phone, and customer facing.  Ability to drive a vehicle, visit customers and job sites, use computer equipment, as well as verbal communication.  Most of the day spent sitting, but some physical tasks may be required such as lifting 25+ lbs.
